Yu still have to have a voice and DSL line and a phone bill. Vonage has really competitive pricing against VOIP. You can download Skype for free. The thing about VOIP is that you can have a video phone and pay the same rate to look at some one while you talk. This is more of an added value feature for DLS providers.
