If the companies product or service is in demand, the company has tenure, and you are someone who people feel comfortable talking to… Then, inviting skills and being consistent are what will get you there.
Its the truth when you listen to business leaders tell you the secret to being successful in your business. Its all about attitude.
If you impose your idea of what you need for a running mate in your business, I can guarantee you won’t find them. There are quiet people who lead from the back ground and are making six figure incomes or more.
